Summary
“The Joyous” is a unique Chinese Orchestra comprises of members from awards winning orchestras in the Northern region of Malaysia. We are a group of Chinese Musical instruments enthusiast origin from Penang. The 4 core team members are playing different type of instruments mainly Dizi, Erhu, LiuQin and ZhongRuan, sometimes we will be incorporating additional instruments such as Pipa, Xiao etc. into our music as well according to the suitability of the songs improvised. We have been presenting unplug musical performances in various kinds of celebration events for the past 9 years. Our songs variety range from Traditional Chinese Music, Classical Songs, Modern Chinese and English Songs, Cartoon and Movie theme song etc.
