PYDC is a Penang state government agency that seeks to realise the collective vision of evolving the state of Penang into a developed and progressive society through youth enrichment. It aims to develop young people holistically through collaboration with strategic partners to strengthen Penang’s youth in economic, educational and social terms. This will enable the youth to exercise their influence, find their voice and position in society, and to achieve their full potential.
