·         Production line equipment maintenance on shift to meet planned KPIs goal.

·         Execute exactly according to Spec, WI, OPL, and BKM to maintain equipment.

·         Equipment ramp up and conversion to support production volume loading.

·         Perform preventive maintenance (PM) / calibration (CAL) of production equipment.

·         Provide technical support/solutions to resolve equipment and hardware-related issues.

·         Conduct training on equipment operation and maintenance to operator and technician1.

·         Meet all company requirements on 5s, quality, EHS, and discipline.

·         Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

·         Able to perform Vision Calibration, Mechanical Alignment, Install changekit, and Pick and Place Adjustment, Tester Calibration and Diagnosis.

 Job Requirements:

·    ·   Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

·         Required skill(s): Mechanical Alignment, Tester Calibration, Tester Fixture, AutoCAD.

·         Familiar with equipment operation and know basic maintenance of production equipment.

·         Basic communication skill and good learning and feedback ability.

·         Proficient in computer and Microsoft Excel.

·         At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·         Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.

·         Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
