Tadika Si Genius is a registered nursery and kindergarten located at NO 2, Lorong Permai 2, Taman Bukit Gambier, 11700 Gelugor Pulau Pinang. It was founded by Michelle Wong in 1997 with the goal of providing quality education and childcare that is flexible and supportive for the needs of parents.

Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Assistant kindergarten teacher
  • Job Skills :

    Patience and flexibility, good command of language, creativity, knowledge of child development & teamwork and collaboration. 
  • Education Level : Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • Position Level : Entry Level

Job Responsibilities

1. Assisting the lead teacher in preparing and implementing lesson plans and activities for young children aged 5-6 years old.

2. Providing support and guidance to children during classroom activities, playtime, and other learning experiences.

3. Helping to create a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

4.Following school policies and procedures, including safety protocols and confidentiality requirements.

5. Use positive reinforcement, praise, and encouragement to support and motivate children's learning and development.
