Position Title : Production Operator

Education Level : Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
Position Level : Entry Level

1)	Posses own department specific work knowledge and skill.

2)	Fulfill the supervisor’s instruction and responsible to the work assigned with minimum supervision.

3)	Understand the own job responsible, target goals and implement effectively.

4)	Efforts are required to fulfill daily job.

5)	Able to recognize the abnormality happen on the production floor and take the necessary action

6)	Person required certain working level without any difficulties to handle basic issues.

7)	To assist on operating slit machine & other production equipment to complete work Order as per
	production schedule with some guidance superior.

8)	To conduct daily housekeeping of production / clean room area.

9)	To issue labels based on Work Orders for slitted rolls as and when required.

10)	Report to superior for any abnormality at production floor.

11)	To help in any activities related to the department.

12)	To complete any additional assignments allocated by superior as and when required.

13)	Packing of Finished Goods (Slitted Rolls) according to Customer’s packing Instructions.

14)	To pack the slitted rolls according to Work Orders in the Clean Room.

15)	To conduct visual checks for all Finished Goods before and after packing.

16)	To ensure good quality products are produced before sending out to Warehouse for packing.

17)	To complete any additional assignments allocated by Management as and when required.
