Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Assistant Maintenance Manager
  • Job Skills :
    • Knowledge of steam, pneumatics, electronics, electronics, PLC programming and related control systems, HVAC.
    • Knowledge of AutoCAD software.
    • Certified 11KV BO Charge man.
    • Good in using MS office software, planning tools and ERP systems.
    • The MM should be able to connect different areas of expertise, must be able to connect and see the consequences of different fields / project / activities and how these can influence each other.
  • Education Level : Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • Position Level : Manager

Job Responsibilities

The position will assist Maintenance manager to manage the department operation and to motivate and coach the team to operational success

Responsible for leading the Maintenance Department and to makes sure the maintenance activities are handled efficiently. Among the tasks are:

  • Ensure machine stability & smooth operation of site.
  • Ensure high PM success rate.
  • Good inventory control.
  • Create, plan & supervise on the renewal status of the required Govt. License/Contract/Certificates
  • Input and hold responsibility for maintenance budgets.
