Kaifa Technology(Malaysia) Sdn Bhd
Established in January 2014, Kaifa Technology Malaysia Sdn. Bhd (Kaifa
Malaysia) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Kaifa Technology Co., Ltd. (Kaifa,
Stock Code: 000021), a leading global EMS company. R & D and production of storage
and health medical products. The company is located in Johor, with a registered capital
of US $ 30 million. It mainly undertakes the R & D and production of magnetic storage
and health and medical products.
The company is not only Kaifa's first overseas production base, but also a whollyowned subsidiary established by Kaifa after Hong Kong company, which is considered
as an active response by Kaifa regarding to the national "Belt and Road" initiative and
a solid step on the Maritime Silk Road.
In order to speed up the construction of industrial bases, promote cooperation with
major customers, and undertake new business, in 2017, the company purchased land
and built a new park. The new park covers a total area of 36,050 square meters and a
total construction area of 35,600 square meters. In 2018, the first phase of the project
was completed and put into use. On September 27, 2019, the second phase of the project
was laid, and it is expected to be completed in the second half of 2020. After the park
was put into use, it brought new development opportunities to Kaifa’s overseas business.
Served as Kaifa's overseas support center, Kaifa Malaysia will adhere to the vision
of becoming “reliable and respectable enterprise”, enhance its comprehensive
competitiveness, and strive to play a positive role in expanding Kaifa’s global business
Job Responsibilities
- To Take General Responsibility for the IT Function, reporting to and work with IS Manager.
- To Design , develop and deploy in-house system (MES).
- Manage the production system(MES) stability, operation, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Business Unit to select appropriate design solutions to ensure the compatibility of system components (MES).
- Responsible in the development of database design and structure.
- Responsible for data collection, cleaning, sorting, extraction and statistics.
- Work closely with business analyst to analyze mining models and algorithms to achieve the software goal.
- Responsible in using BI analysis software to develop the front-end structure for data warehouse.
- Responsible in data warehouse design and development create enterprise level data center, create OLAP multidimensional analysis model and data organization, development of data marts as well as the design, development, optimization and maintenance of data extraction process.
- Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems.
- Understand user needs and expectation for system function.
- To conduct user training, guidance and prepare system documentations.
- To integrate 3rd party system with in-house system ?
- Monitor system operation to detect potential problems.
- Development of Business Intelligent (BI) projects based on the company’s data analysis requirements.
- To contribute on IT Budgeting information, as well as to forecasts and recommendations on IT strategy.
- To Maintain and develop Disaster Recovery Plan and IT Security.
- To helpout manage licenses and support contracts on hardware and software.
- Help out in Backup for Database Servers.
- Ensure the MES Database is Data integrity.
