Job Description:

Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.

Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.

Manage / Supervise a group of Operator to achieve the targeted output.

Prepare daily report which related to output and production issues.

As a middle person to communicate in between Management and operators.

Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree, any field.

Candidates with Engineering background will be an added advantage.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin as need to deal with the China counterpart

Applicants must be willing to run 12 hours day shift and 12 hours night shift (4:2).

Applicants must be willing to work in Prai / Batu Kawan Penang.

Able to work under pressure and take challenging for learning.
