Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Front Office Crew
  • Job Skills :

    Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position

    Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)

    Strong communication and people skills

    Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

    Problem-solving skills

    Customer service oriented

    This position is restricted to individuals with the rights to work in Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

Your main duties centers on the procedural and personal dimensions as applied in the delivery of the guest experience in lounges, front desk, reception & lobby area, through telephone and etc. You will:

welcome, greet, assist VIPs, guests during arrival, stay and departure, i.e. check in, check out, guest registration process

assist in check in, check out and guest registration process

handle guests’ requests, inquiries and complains by using the service recovery techniques

prepare & schedule the necessary for the arrival of VIPs or guests enrolled with hotel’s loyalty program

provide information on Penang, hotel facilities, memorabilia & etc

provide secretarial services to guest such as but not limited to send, receive email, fax, parcel

handle billing, handle cashiering and update Guests’ folio

escort guest to the room & assisting with the luggage
