- Basic up-selling (restaurant promotion, voucher, member promo).
- To follow all rules and SOP.
- Interact with customer ( respond to customer complain and question).
- Provide excellent customer services.
- Multitask at accurate manner.
- Serving food and beverage to customers.
- Responsible for overall work flow of the restaurant .
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and work station hygiene.
- Basic table knowledge and service gesture.
- Memorize menu items.
