Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Program Executive
  • Job Skills :

    -Min Diploma / Bachelor's Degree In Event/Communication/Social Science/Business/Marketing is required.

    -Any work experience in relevant field is an added advantage.

    -Think strategically, take initiative, and execute strategies, including the ability to define program objectives, evaluate progress and manage projects through a complete lifecycle.

    -Strong problem-solving skills, creative and innovative

    -High proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin

    -Computer-literate with high competencies in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Education Level : Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • Position Level : Junior Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of multiple key events
  • Implement creative and innovative aspects of each event
  • Communicate internally and externally in the upmost effective manner throughout the event execution
  • Analyze programme outcome and generate reports on programmes and activities
  • Provide supervision and guidance to team members to ensure effective execution of programmes in accordance with objectives
