Thus, PYDC is offering you an opportunity to learn and understand the historic culture of the Teochew people.We will be carrying out two workshops related to the Teochew people and both of them are open to all Penang youth age 15-35 years, what’s best is that you are not required to know its language to be a participant!
Each workshop has a minimal fee of RM20 per pax. Discover and learn about Teochew opera’s makeup & also body movement dances performed during their festive seasons. So, c’mon and join us to learn more about the art and culture of Penang! This is only the beginning.

下个月就是中元节了，但是受到新冠肺炎疫情的冲击，今年我们仍然无法感受到槟城中元节街区歌舞表演和民间戏班的演出。
为了延续和保护传统文化，槟城青年发展机构与MPKK Biro Belia Kadun Komtar Teh Lai Heng 郑来兴 于下月推出《潮剧戏曲化妆》和《潮剧身段课》线上课程。
工作坊开放予15岁至35岁的青年参加，收费则20令吉，其化妆材料及工具将会安排寄送给参与者。因此，请参加者填上正确的资料，方便寄送服务。
