A platform to enhance interaction and engagement among the Youth in Malaysia and Youth from abroad as we seek to accelerate the learning curve of our Youth.”
Introduction
The 3rd Penang International Youth Conference 2023 (IYC2023) is initiated by the Penang Youth Development Corporation (PYDC) to enhance interaction among the Youth in Malaysia and Youth from abroad. This conference is jointly organized with Universiti Sains Malaysia, INTI International College Penang, Han Chiang University College of Communication, SENTRAL College Penang, Batu Lanchang Vocational College, ViTrox College, DISTED College, MSU College, Binary University, MySDG Academy, Association of International Business & Professional Management (Indonesia), and Star Scholars Network (United States).
IYC2023 will be held on 24th June 2023 at Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, Malaysia. The conference’s objective is to gather youth, academicians, scholars, and researchers to share their knowledge and new ideas and discuss current development related to youth issues. In addition, the conference also offers opportunities for youths and industry experts to meet and interact with local and international participants
The event will be in-person format with regular presentation sessions.
You are welcome to submit full papers according to the topics of interest. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to:

- TVET Education in Alignment to SDGs
However the topics are not limited, thus participants are encouraged to search more for interesting topics It’s the time for them to be re-skilled or up-skilled and prepare themselves for the new challenges. This not only helps them to get through the employment but also helps employers to look for young talents.
Objective
- To provide a platform for youth, young researchers, professionals, scholars, and academicians to exchange and share their knowledge, information, and new ideas and meet and interact with local and international participants.
- To promote Penang as a hub for higher education institutions.
- To establish networking and engagement among the youth, young academicians, and community.
- To encourage collaborative research and projects amongst higher learning institutions and industries in addressing SDGs and ESG among youth.
- To help the delegates establish research or business relations and find international linkage for future collaborations in their career path.

iv. The format for the paper submission for presentation based on the following format:
- Title, name of author (s), organization affiliation / position(s)
- Abstract (not more than 150 words)
- A4 paper size, Times New Roman, 12 point font size, single spacing, and 1- inch margin around the pages
- Maximum TEN pages
- Use 7th APA style for references (please visit: www.apa.org for details)
