- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce/ Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Digital savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office, E-Commerce business models, operations & technology
- Proficient in the language of English & Malay
- To manage e-commerce daily operations- Product listing, content management, inventory, order fulfillment & campaign planning.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide solutions & alternatives
- Manage all online activities in relation to sales & reporting
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as & when required
