Job Responsibilities


  • Lead the Human Resources function to ensure smooth running to support all business functions;
  • Manage full spectrum of HR operations including payroll, compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection, training & development, employee relations, etc.;
  • Formulate and implement company policies and staff handbook to align with the corporate direction;
  • Feasibility study to roll out local HRIS in a cost effective manner with full compliance;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on staff issues including but not limited to employment, talent management, disciplinary, etc.;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Solid HR operation experience, preferably from EMS;
  • Well versed with relevant Employment Ordinance and practices, including tax and other regulatory bodies;
  • Growth mindset with strong influencing skills to lead change effectively;
  • Good HR process improvement, mentoring and coaching skills;
  • Logical thinking, high accuracy with can-do attitude.
