Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Business Development executive
  • Job Skills :

    - No experience may apply but preferably  1-2 years of experience in Sales or

    - Knowledge and skill in capturing leads, generating leads, client management, and strategy planning

    - Confident with public speaking

    - Knowledge of Zoom or Google meet is a plus

    - Good command of spoken and written English and/or Mandarin

    - Degree or Diploma in any discipline

    - Ability to work well as a team, and independent as an individual

    - Willing to learn and progress with the Group

  • Education Level : Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Position Level : Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities

· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings

· Developing growth strategies and plans

· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

· Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities

· Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones

· Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

· Attending conferences, meetings, and events

· Developing quotes and proposals for clients

· Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met

· Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

· Arranging and retaining relationships with existing clients

· Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

· Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

· Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies

· Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

· Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures

· Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives

· Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy

· Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
