Job Details

Responsibility:

• Responsible for production to achieve the overall production plan target.
• Review and adjust the schedule where needed.
• To oversee that all documented procedures and instructions are followed by departmental staff.
• Responsible for the production of quality products at optimum cost in all manufacturing processes.
• Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
• Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
• Optimization of human resources, materials, machinery, and methods in line with company quality objectives.
• Monitoring and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
• Responsible for departmental cost and wastage control.
• Responsible to identify departmental training needs.
• Responsible to ensure overall safety in production.
• Support production executive to motivate, train, counsel and discipline employees.
• Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution, and management.
• Other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will be added advantage.
• Mature, self-motivated, positive working attitude and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage, lead and supervise a team of Production.
• Computer literate.
