Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Manufacturing Engineer 1
  • Job Skills : Must Have:     -Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics   -Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English.  - Experience: 3~6 years’ industrial experience with more than 3 years of manufacturing operations experience.    1.      Good knowledge of Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.  2.      Basic understanding of semiconductor testing.  3.      Basic equipment operation and maintenance.  4.      Help build and maintain effective teams.  5.      Independent, resourceful and takes initiative.  6.      Effective communication skills.   - Functional Competency:      1.     Good English communication skill;  2.     Presentation and Facilitation Skill;     3.     Office (PPT, Excel and etc.) and report skill;  4.     Coaching and team management Skill;  5.     Project management(cross department) and execution;  6.     Leadership;  7.     Able to tracking and improve machine performance

Job Responsibilities

    • Generic/ Generalist Code.         
    • Development, implementation and maintaining of methods, operation sequences and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub assemblies and final assemblies.



    Primary
    Responsibilities:

     

    1. Able to train, motivate and supervise a team of Operators to achieve quality and productivity.
    1. Able to provide technical solution to enhance equipment/tooling issue and update into equipment purchase specification.
    2. Develop and monitor equipment/tooling improvement activities and cost reduction project.
    3. Design methods and processes to achieve production target, quality, yield, output and cost goals.
    4. Leading team to do continues productivity and 5s/discipline/quality improvement through QCC/SGA team.
    5. Provide solutions to help solving line abnormal issues.
    6. Review work procedure, spec and company policy for Operators compliance.
    7. Coaching and training line personnel to improve their performance better.
    8. Liaise with line supervisor/leader for daily activity, production planning and execution.
    9. Provide guidance to Operations Specialists.
    10. Other duties assigned by supervisor.
