Job Responsibilities

1. To sorting, clearing food waste, remove from waste bin and placing it in designated waste disposable pickup areas.

2. To wash dishes, glassware, pots etc. using dishwashers or by manually.

3. To clean, sanitize and maintain kitchen working areas, equipment, or utensils in good and orderly condition.

4. To clean according to schedule and as necessity arises, all heavy-duty equipment including ventilation filters, oil filters, ovens and garbage rooms.

5. To place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas

6. To sweep, scrub, clean, mopping the floors and walls surface.

7. To be always adhere and following personal hygiene standard while on duty.

8. Ensure the cleanliness, 5S of working area are always practiced and complied with food safety requirement.

9. Perform other related duties as requested.
