    As part of our continuing growth in APAC, we are now looking for a driven and highly motivated Teamcenter Implementation Consultant to join our Teamcenter Support Projects in Managed Services. This role will be based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia.


    Requirements:

    · Fluent communication skills in Japanese or Korean (open for Malaysian & foreigner)

    · Basic programming skills and operating system knowledge

    · Minimum 1 year of work experience in IT related role

    · Possess interest in supporting customer's applications issues.


  • Education Level : Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • Position Level : Non Executive

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Solve Level 2 tickets on the Teamcenter application

· Work with Level 3 team on issues which cannot be solved by L2

· Apply patches on test, UAT and Production Server

· Reach out to GTAC for Product Issues and raise IRs

· Communicate with users on issues

· Document root cause analysis of issues

· Provide workarounds to issues
