• At least 1 year working experience in facial/ aesthetic services
• Possess relevant training or certificate in the industry
• Pleasant personality and well-groomed
• Good knowledge of aesthetic, beauty treatments and products (e.g., for skin care)
• Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints
• Sales oriented and customer focus
• Professionalism, independent and initiative with strong self-motivation
• Positive thinking and attitude
• Excellent verbal communication skills. English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• Promoting the company’s services and products to customers.
• Provide professional skin analysis and recommend a suitable range of aesthetic treatments and products to customers and prospective clients.
• Deliver excellent customer care and services.
• Achieving and exceeding revenue targets set by the management.
• A neat appearance and excellent personal hygiene always.
• Keeping the treatments room always clean.
• Meet and greet all customers and visitors.
• Provide a friendly, efficient, and courteous services to all customers at all times
• Booking new appointments and processing payments in system.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
• Book appointments over the phone and serve walk-ins based on availability.
