Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Business Development Executive
  • Job Skills :

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

    • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

    • Strong understanding of the beauty industry, competitive landscape, and market trends.

    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

    • Proven ability to develop and implement successful business development strategies and tactics.

    • Knowledge of marketing channels and ability to create effective campaigns.

    • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

    • Experience working in an educational environment is a plus.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Comfortable working with a diverse array of stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, industry

    leaders, and community members.

Job Responsibilities


We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about driving growth and

achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that allow us to expand our beauty college's reach and achieve our business goals. You will be the face of our organization, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new opportunities for growth.


• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new and diverse

student populations to our beauty college.

• Drive sales growth by researching, identifying, and pursuing new business opportunities in the

beauty industry.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as beauty industry influencers,

recruitment agencies, career centers, and other industry partners.

• Provide guidance to potential students regarding admission requirements, financial aid, and

career pathways.

• Leverage marketing channels and resources to drive traffic and inquiries from potential students.

• Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and industry developments to identify new

business opportunities and improve our service offerings.

• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop marketing materials, curricula, and course content

that attract and retain high-quality students.

• Represent our organization at beauty industry events, trade shows, and other key industry


• Conduct market research and track student feedback to ensure that our beauty college is

meeting/exceeding trends, student expectations, and market demand.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with alumni, key industry contacts, and community

stakeholders to advance our reputation and brand awareness
