    -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ Commerce or a related field or equivalent and 3-5 Year(s) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    -Good copywriting skill, especially English and Mandarin

    -Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong analytical skills.

    -Enthusiasm for Marketing. Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry

    -Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

    -Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

    -Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

    -Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)

    -Working knowledge of ad serving tools

    -Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

    -Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Job Responsibilities

-Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Research and prepare keywords for content writers.

-Effectively plan, setup, implement and optimize all assigned Google, Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to meet clients’ objectives.

-Explore new ideas of the recent marketing channels and marketing material write-up.

-Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget. Plan, create content and develop automation for email marketing.

-Analyse using tools inclusive but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and to prepare various reports for internal/external parties on the performance of the assigned Google, Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

-Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

-Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

-Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions

-Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

-Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.

-Improve social media followers and engagement.

-Blast out campaign / event / information with email marketing tools

-Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by Superior.

-Prepare insight reports every month for clients.

-Schedule and run for online events, contests, live.
