-Effectively plan, setup, implement and optimize all assigned Google, Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to meet clients’ objectives.
-Explore new ideas of the recent marketing channels and marketing material write-up.
-Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget. Plan, create content and develop automation for email marketing.
-Analyse using tools inclusive but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and to prepare various reports for internal/external parties on the performance of the assigned Google, Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
-Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
-Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
-Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
-Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
-Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
-Improve social media followers and engagement.
-Blast out campaign / event / information with email marketing tools
-Undertake any ad hoc assignment task given by Superior.
-Prepare insight reports every month for clients.
-Schedule and run for online events, contests, live.
