Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Digital Marketing Manager
  • Job Skills :

    - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ Commerce or a related field or equivalent and 3-5 Years (s) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    - Good copywriting skill, especially English and Mandarin

    - Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong analytical skills.

    - Enthusiasm for Marketing. Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry

    - Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

    - Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

    - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

    - Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)

    - Working knowledge of ad serving tools

    - Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

    - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

  • Education Level : Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Position Level : Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns for Salt Tech and Edulive Products
- Plan and manage our social media platforms to hit sales KPI
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets to hit sales KPI
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
- Coordinate with Creative and Media buyer team to improve marketing results to hit sales KPI
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our site traffic and target audience
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
- Assist with planning marketing strategies to help drive engagement, traffic, and leads to hit sales KPI
- Manage the ongoing performance of different tasks and projects to hit sales KPI
- Provide media planning assistance for upcoming campaigns, help to determine platforms to run on, the audience to target and etc. to hit sales KPI
- Monitor, train and motivate team members to ensure goals and objectives are being met by each team member in sales and marketing
- To follow up and create sales opportunities after lead generation is done
- To work with the project team to deploy the project after sales to make sure the client has smooth onboarding
- Assist/ manage Digital Marketing Team to hit their KPI
- Develop, expand, and create opportunities to hit the team target
- Manage, and create strategy for digital marketing campaigns for Salt Tech clients
- Overlook Digital and Website Development Team to advise/ assist team
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Managing resources for projects.
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organising meetings to discuss project goals and progress
- Conduct training and sharing with the teams
- Ability to identify and attend to issues logs according to priority.
- Provide and keep updating proper documentation logs of issues.
- To provide guidance/training to clients for Salt Tech’s products & services.
- Demonstrate strong logical thinking, troubleshooting, and debugging skills with minimum assistance and supervision.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with the constant changes of priorities and deadlines.
- Carry out any other duties assigned as and when required
