Job Responsibilities

Job Description (Customer Business Development)

- Responsible in servicing / maintaining existing client accounts and establishing new clients accounts. 
- Constantly propose new ideas to improve the online / on ground marketing event or activation planning and implementation process. 
- Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources related to the event.
- Responsible in all aspect of an event from conceptualize to event production, includes planning, pitching and executing with multi department supports.
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships.
- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met. 
- Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related stakeholders & matters. 
- Able to contribute in planning, practice effectiveness in communication both internally within the company and externally with all other parties. 
- Prepare sales report and sales forecast for monthly, quarterly & yearly planning.
