    Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word

    Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

    Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint

    Candidate must be proficient/willing to learn ERP system

  • Education Level : Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Position Level : Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities

Customer Service Executive:

Job Requirements:

1.1 Assist to prepare quotations and filing and follow up on status

1.2 Ensure sample preparation and submission to customers are carried out on time and to follow up on approval status

1.3 Maintain up to date customer records/databases/files/requirements

1.4 Responsible to administer customer PO and forecast

1.5 Ensure Production / Engineering Files are maintained up to date with relevant samples

1.6 Coordinate with various departments on customer issues/complaints or enquiries related to delivery, quality,

samples, and documentations to ensure prompt action is taken.

1.7 Coordinate with customer on non-conformance product and related activities such as RMA, Replacement, Debit/Credit Notes

1.8 Follow up with customer on Sample approval/ Inactive parts/ Forecast

1.9 Assist preparation of Customer shipping documents and other duties as and when assigned.
