    -          To follow all rules and SOP

    -          Interact with customer ( respond  to customer complain and question)

  • Education Level : Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
  • Position Level : Non Executive

Job Responsibilities

-          Serving food and beverage to customers

-          Responsible for overall work flow of the restaurant

-          Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and work station hygiene

-          Solving dine-in customer complaint

-      Act as a customer service (basic up-selling, giving information about company promotion, voucher etc.
