  • Job Skills :

    -          Mandarin and English proficiency is highly preferred.

    -          Graduated from Diploma/ Degree and above in any field.

    -          Fresh graduates are welcomed.

    -          1 years of working experience in Human Resources (HR) or Admin would be added advantages.

    -          Comfortable working with tight datelines.

    -          Possess negotiation and influencing skills.

    -          Cold calling and speed must be your strongest weapon.

    -          Excellent written, communication and persuasion abilities.

    -          Able to work independently.

    -          Able work with dynamic team members within a fast moving environment.

  • Education Level : Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
  • Position Level : Junior Executive

Job Responsibilities

<!--[if !supportLists]-->1.       <!--[endif]-->To be responsible in managing the whole recruitment process ranging from sourcing the candidates, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation with HOD in order to ensure successful closure of each job order to meet HOD’s requirements and expectations.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->3.       <!--[endif]-->To lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->4.       <!--[endif]-->To determine candidates’ qualification by interviewing, analysing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->5.       <!--[endif]-->To develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->6.       <!--[endif]-->Short-listing the profiles and arranging for their interviews.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->7.       <!--[endif]-->Telephonically or personally interviewing the candidates, conduct interviews and share reports with business units.
