Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : HR MANAGER
  • Job Skills :

    -          Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, any field.

    -          At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.

    -          Preferably managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

    -          Confident, pro-active, and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    -          Able to speak Mandarin and English to communicate with staff in office.

    -          Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    -          Able to work independently and work as a team.

    -          Strong management and counselling skills.

  • Education Level : Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • Position Level : Manager

Job Responsibilities

<!--[if !supportLists]-->3.       <!--[endif]-->Establish and maintain the HR policies and procedures to ensure the internal controls are maintained.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->4.       <!--[endif]-->To manage and support day-to-day HR operations within the organization.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->5.       <!--[endif]-->Provide advisory on employment, disciplinary and any other HR related issues.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->6.       <!--[endif]-->Ensure proper compliance is followed.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->7.       <!--[endif]-->To liaise with government authorities such as Labour Office, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->9.       <!--[endif]-->To review and verify sales commission.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->11.   <!--[endif]-->Responsible on HR administration matters related to probation, confirmation, transfer, promotion and etc.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->14.   <!--[endif]-->To review and ensure employees’ compensation and benefits package is competitive and comply with policy and legislation.
