1. To participate & involve in technical support on system setup, maintenance, troubleshooting/ debugging of automated test instruments/ equipment.
2. To implement & improve customer support's plan as well as establishing good customer relationship.
3. To update & maintain detail documentation prior to service task execution including process FMEA, process control plan and working instructions.
4. To develop & maintain service standards, SOPs & policies in accordance with the company quality policy.
5. To resolve technical issues & to meet customer requirements.
