It aims to develop young people holistically, work together to strengthen youth in terms of social and educational development, enable youth to exercise their influence, find their voice and position in society to achieve their full potential.

    REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    i. Minimum of Bachelor Degree in business/ events /social science/ communication or similar;

    ii. Minimum 10 years of working experience in any fields;

    iii. Minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field;

    iv. Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership and supervisory roles; 

    v. Great interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written; (English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin)

    vi. Strong problem-solving abilities and observation skills;

    vii. An ability to deliver constructive criticism, to coach, to guide, to mentor, and to lead.

  • Education Level : Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • Position Level : Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

i.   Assist the GM in the following;

1. Develop and review the organization’s vision, mission, and directions;


2. Leading the development of the organisation short and long-term strategies; 


3. Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable and describable, presenting analysis and recommending solutions;


4. Drive the organisation by collaborating with industries, youth NGOs, government, agencies, local community and international partners;


5. Ensuring that the organisation maintains high social responsibility and enforce ethical practices wherever it does;


6. Increases management’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orientating, training, coaching, counselling, disciplining; Communicating values, strategies, and objectives; motivating and enhance team leadership; assigning tasks and responsibilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance and developing incentives; 


7. Leading the team effectively to achieve higher level of work performance and success of the organisation by achieving the organisational goals;


8. Maintaining high sense of awareness of the PESTLE environment and react accordingly to ensure the well-being of the organisation and community as whole, especially Youth community;


9. Establish plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; and making mid-course improvement and to ensure the financial well-being of the organisation;


10. To provide training, coaching, mentoring and advice to the subordinates for improving work performance;


11. Maintain quality service and professionalism by establishing and enforcing organization standards;


ii. Communicating, on behalf of the company, with stakeholders, partners, government entities, and the general public;


iii. Initiate opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, events, projects, etc. as accordance to the organization directions;


iv. Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance and other operational functions;


v. Regular update and report to GM on the progress of the assigned programmes and events or any relevant tasks;


vi. Address issues arise and propose resolutions;


vii. Serve as acting GM when GM is away.
