Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Service Crew / Waiter / Waitress (Non-Halal Restaurant)
  • Job Skills :

    - Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer requests and complaints

    - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    - Ability to work in a team and interact with colleagues and customers effectively

    - Knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service, and presentation preferred but not required

    - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

    - Physical stamina and ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

    - Prior experience in a similar role preferable but not essential.

Job Responsibilities

- Ensuring food dispensing area maintained at the highest standard of cleanliness

- Greet customers and present menus

- make menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure accuracy and timeliness of delivery

- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely with great hospitality

- Control and monitor food costing.

- Check customers’ satisfaction and attend to requests for additional services, such as ordering dessert or taking extra orders

- Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining areas

- Assist in maintaining an inventory of supplies and equipment

- Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
