Job Responsibilities
- To maintain and improve central kitchen stock quality and make sure outlet satisfaction.
- Monitor and ensure the standard of food presentation, quality and food safety requirements.
- Enhance current recipe and taste of sauces.
- Provide direction for development and implementations of produce sauces in individual packing to save time, cost and maintain quality.
- Improve & simplify kitchen production work flow, outlet food preparation flow & improve time efficiency.
- Control and monitor food costing.
- R&D to creates new recipes to improve food product.
- To advice and provide solution for F&B related issues.
