- ~Negotiation of deals and contracts
- ~Problem-solving during the sales process
Education Level : Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
Position Level : Manager

Job Responsibilities

~Prospecting and generating new leads through various channels, such as cold-calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.

~Building relationships with potential and existing customers through active listening, asking questions, and demonstrating empathy.

~Educating customers about the product or service being sold and communicating its value proposition.

~Negotiating deals and contracts to close sales and meet revenue targets.
