    REQUIREMENTS

    Age: above 25 years

    Academic Qualifications: Diploma, Degree or equivalent

    Skills/Traits: Systematic root cause analysis & problem solving skill, basic management or supervisory skill.

    Experience: 3 years in manufacturing environment

    Competency: Good leadership and communication skill. Independent, self-driven & confidence personality. Team player and respect other. Good working attitude, willing to develop production team member and accept change.

  • Education Level : Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
  • Position Level : Senior Executive

Job Responsibilities

OVERALL SCOPE OF WORK

Overall process planning, execution, monitoring, control & improvement

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      Study, analyze and investigate for process problem and opportunity for improvement.

2.      Supervise and ensure smooth operation.

3.      Control of man power, ensure sufficient resource to support production activity.

4.      Coordinate on material receiving, storage, issuing & delivery, sufficient stock for operation and stock accuracy for material, semi product and finished goods.

5.      Ensure worker adhere to work procedure and work method is up to date.

6.      Ensure machine in good condition and always work with maintenance team on preventive maintenance & continue improvement.

7.      Provide a good working environment & always promote good 5S practice.

8.      Promote safe working method, enforce use of proper PPE, educate safe chemical handling inculcate safety culture.

9.      Provide sufficient training to improve worker skill & competency. Transfer or share knowledge and skill with direct & indirect operations staff.

10.   Cost awareness and always maintain at optimum operation cost.

11.   KPI or production performance driven. Report the progress and achievement status of KPI periodically and support with improvement actions.

12.   Identify bottlenecks like potential capacity issue, resources & etc.

13.   Report to immediate superior if any deviation on all production related activities.
