  • Job Skills : REQUIREMENT·      Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Advertising, Journalism, and Communications.·      At least 10 years of industry experience.·      English proficiency is a must.·      Highly effective oral and written communication skills are required.

Job Responsibilities


Marketing Communication Manager leads the marketing, advertising and public relations activities for the company. It requires supervision and coordination of job tasks with other departments to facilitate the execution of marketing, advertising and public relation activities. The key objective is to enhance the brand and increase the corporate profile of the company in the industry. This involves both interdepartmental communications and external communications with the industry and market.


  • Develops the brand of Company and position it vis-à-vis the industry competitors as a homegrown manufacturer in Malaysia for quality and green HPL and compact laminates.
  • Develops the corporate image of the company that reflects its mission, vision and strategic direction.
  • Plans, develops, implements and markets new marketing programs and campaigns based on company’s and department’s goals and objectives.
  • Provides project management support for advertising campaigns, interviews (if applicable), collateral materials, and other creative products, such as writing of content for company website, social media, and other relevant marketing and communications initiatives.
  • Provides support and editorial management services for product catalogues, marketing collaterals, promotional and educational materials. These include creating concepts, copywriting for catalogues and other related materials, as well as supervising the creative aspects of design and printing, developing editorial content, writing material, and coordinating distribution and mailing of newsletters.
  • Manages the company’s website and various social media platforms in the areas of content development, editing, and regular updates.
  • Performs job related or relevant duties as and when required.
