  • Job Skills : • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor. • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in high tech marketing • Demonstrated track record in leading/managing Marcom program creation, tactical mix, and successful marketing communications program execution to meet campaign objectives. • Demonstrated track record in creating consolidated and insightful metrics and dashboards on content consumption, awareness, and lead generation metric, including ongoing improvement plans • Excellent working knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Eloqua, Webinar tool platforms, workflow tools, and DOMO.

Job Responsibilities

Corporate Marketing Communications is a department within the Keysight Global Marketing organization. This exciting role manages the orchestration and activation of the tactical plans aligned to our campaigns. Responsible for ensuring that the tactical design is deployed by the need by dates and are presented in a compelling, consistent, and recognizable way to our customers and markets and to drive the success of the campaigns. Utilizing a range of tools and touchpoints, such as marketing automation (MA), web, social, and digital events such as webinars, contests, or any other digital channel. We work globally and ensure our content and processes apply to all major regions such as the Americas, Greater China, Asia Pacific, and EMEAI. The manager will lead the digital tactical activation team for industry and solution segments and product portfolio categories. Driving the deployment and activation processes, ensuring we have a consistent messaging, look and feel creating a holistic picture and plan of all the digital touchpoints and channels, whether awareness, consideration, demand generation, digital, or any other outbound marketing push. Continuously driving the best practices for each tactic and trialing pilots A/B testing to learn and drive up our benchmarks and measuring the effectiveness of those tactics in different regions and markets, and presenting those overall ROI metrics in operations reviews QBRs. Ensuring any budgets linked to tactics are executed against plans. This role will be responsible for driving best practice across our tactics and tools usage, working with Brand and campaign teams to ensure consistency, adherence to our brand messaging and writing style, optimizing digital investments for improved ROI and customer experience, ensuring team training on the latest tools and techniques, and managing budget spend and vendor contracts. The Operating Manager is responsible for and is measured on: Creating a high-performance team that executes efficiently, delivers high ROI results, and shares best practices Collaborating with the campaign teams for tactical plan alignment and deployment as per the campaign plans Conversion, consumption, name capture, and lead generation, above industry benchmarks and according to the growth objectives by our CMO Creating thoughtful, measurable ROI metrics, data insight, and course adjustments Ensuring editorial and brand quality of content and enforcing the style guide Responsible for the overall operations and personnel in a digital marketing communications organization. Develops strategies, customer relationships, and specific programs to achieve business objectives. Works with third-party vendors and/or partners to meet contract specified deliverables, performance and/or business objectives Directing, managing resources to implement tactical business plans and Marcom programs/ projects Developing, implementing solutions to department issues
