Job Responsibilities

Job Description:
  • Analyze and respond to customer's request for quotation in a timely and accurate fashion, and ensure compliance to Keysight terms and conditions, export control and customer specific procurement guidelines.
  • Understand customer needs and take ownership for customer satisfaction in assigned area.
  • Manage order booking / service order closure.
  • Trigger customer billings timely and in accordance with defined policy and standards.
  • Responsible for maintaining completeness and integrity of support transaction data in the applicable admin system.
  • Interact with other Keysight organizations to resolve order related issues and change requests.
  • Ensure proper approvals for any non-standard or specially negotiated terms and conditions


Job Qualification:
  • Must be able to work Night Shift
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Written and communication skill in English.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast pace and robust environment.
  • Possess problem resolution skills and escalation management skills
  • Good IT / technology knowledge is an advantage.
