Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Store Assistant
  • Job Skills :

    Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification

     

    Minimum 1 year working experience in related field (Receiving / Shipping / Storage)

    Possess own transport and valid driving licence

     

    Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia

     

    Must be computer literate especially Microsoft Excel

     

         Familiar with Electronic Components Storage Environment

     

  • Education Level : Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Position Level : Non Executive

Job Responsibilities

Receiving/Store in and verifying of physical items against Receipt Traveller (RT)/MT

Report to Supervisor of any discrepancies

Complete day to day transaction in SL system

Issuance of store inventory via approved EPR/MT and update the bin card and SL     

   system

Ensure using the correct method of counting (weight count and unit count)

Maintain 100% bin card accuracy versus system and physical quantity

Perform weekly on line cycle count

Perform resale /RTV shipment (MRB) as request by planner and buyer

Support and submit kaizen at respective area

 

Perform all other duties as assigned or required

 

     Ensure understand of relevant policy/procedure

     Ensure good Housekeeping
