Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Store Assistant
  • Job Skills : Store receiving/shipping experience.
  • Education Level : Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
  • Position Level : Junior Executive

Job Responsibilities




  • Receiving/Store in and verifying of physical items against Receipt Traveller (RT)/MT
  • Report to Supervisor of any discrepancies
  • Complete day to day transaction in SL system
  • Issuance of store inventory via approved EPR/MT and update the bin card and SL system
  • Ensure using the correct method of counting (weight count and unit count)
  • Maintain 100% bin card accuracy versus system and physical quantity
  • Perform weekly on line cycle count
  • Perform resale /RTV shipment (MRB) as request by planner and buyer
  • Support and submit kaizen at respective area
  • Perform all other duties as assigned or required
  • Ensure understand of relevant policy/procedure
  • Ensure good Housekeeping





  • Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in related field (Receiving / Shipping / Storage)
  • Possess own transport and valid driving licence
  • Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Must be computer literate especially Microsoft Excel

  • Familiar with Electronic Components Storage Environment
