Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : IT Support Engineer
  • Job Skills :

    -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

    -Experience handling AD account unlock and password reset: First Call Resolution and Remote Desktop support for standard MS Office, desktop applications, network drive mapping and printer driver setup.

    -Required language(s): English, Bahasa, Mandarin

    -At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    -Independent and able to work under pressure

    -Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.

    -Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Responsibilities

-Provide end user service support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction. Troubleshoot end user’s

-Computing issue, and hardware issue (PC, server, printer, etc.)..

-Provide troubleshooting and first-level diagnosis of IT problems

-Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk

-Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority

-Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software

-Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required

-Provide onsite support on the shop floor when required and be sure any issue gets resolved in shop floor asap

-Troubleshooting simple network/voice issue and report the issue to the Global IT team respectively

-Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses

-Document internal procedures, established work related procedures and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs)

-Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

-Work with oversea IT and Support Team
