Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : IT Sales Account Manager
  • Job Skills : -Achieve assigned sales quota in new business and up sell in existing large enterprise clients with winning strategy.-Be a “subject matter expert” to have strong understanding of the customers' sector and challenges to build a complete total solution to help customers overcome the challenges and achieve better productivity 
  • Education Level : Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Position Level : Junior Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • -Responsible for the business development & maintain a good relationship with existing and potential customers to identify new opportunities.
  • -Achieve assigned sales quota in new business and up sell in existing large enterprise clients with winning strategy.
  • -Be a “subject matter expert” to have strong understanding of the customers' sector and challenges to build a complete total solution to help customers overcome the challenges and achieve better productivity 
  • -Prospecting on daily basis to senior/C-Level decision makers to develop new business opportunity. Create strong relationship with large & strategic prospects leading to contract signature/order.
  • -Conduct online/boardroom presentation to let the customer have a better understanding on Company Services as total solution provider which able convert into quality working prospects.
  • -Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customer’s enquiry, scheduling appointments, tender participation and after sales service
