-Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
-At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Good command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
-A good team player who is able to work without much supervision
-Perform recruitment activities such as preparation of offer letter, bank letter, company badge, insurance registration, etc.
-Manages content of new hire orientation slides and present them each month for new hires.
-Preparing weekly staff attendance.
-Handle HRDF registration and claim.
-Preparing bank, confirmation, verification, termination letters
-Submit and follow up on vetting of candidates.
-Check panel clinics and company phone bill statement
-Oversee company staffs’ Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Unpaid Leave and Emergency Leave.
-Handle staff issue including Domestic Inquiry based on Employment Act and Industrial Relations. ---Liaise with Company Lawyer and Labor Office for any staff issue and/or fail case.
-Source and propose training programs per the requirements of the management team
-Prepare quotations, Invoice and Delivery Orders.
-Follow up on delivery of products purchased and update user on their purchase status.
-Perform goods receiving, inventory management and stock take every month end.
