Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Technical Support Engineer
  • Job Skills :

    - Possess at least Certificate or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

    - Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

    - Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

    - Must have own vehicle transport

    - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.

    - Experience in automation production is added advantage.
  • Education Level : Professional Certificate
  • Position Level : Junior Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Support of company agency product.

- Assess customer needs, explain and demonstrate the product performance to customer

- Provide technical support to customer

- Develop new products and enhancing knowledge of user technical feedbacks and adherence to new product technical knowledge.

- Work closely with teams to create product requirements documentation according to business initiatives that will bring new product functionalities

- Maintain and build professional relationships with customers

- To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior/ Manager.
