Ideal Vision was established in 2013 in Penang, Malaysia with a vision of becoming the world leading machine vision solutions provider. We specialize in the design and development of automated optical inspection (AOI) machines, provide system integration services and vision software solutions to various industries. Our customer base spans across Asia, Europe and United States.
•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•Knowledge in machine vision/image processing/AOI systems is an added advantage.
•Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting on equipment is preferred.
•Preferably 1 - 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
•Responsible, able to work independently and initiative.
•Must have discipline, strong time management skill, multi-tasking with priority planning
•Able to travel locally/oversea.
•Responsible for on-site system setup and testing for machine vision systems particularly automated optical inspection (AOI) system.
•Responsible for minor and basic mechanical fine-tuning and adjustment in-house and on-site
•Collect and compile data for machine internal & external buyoff.
•Perform troubleshooting and provide technical assistance to customers.
•Provide training to customers.
•Integrate and configure machine vision related hardware such as lighting, controller, camera, lenses and optics.
•Perform sample evaluation to study machine vision/ system integration feasibility.
•Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure tasks and action items are well follow up on-site.
•Perform daily reporting through email to customers and respective teams on your daily activities.
