Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : SALES ADMIN
  • Job Skills :

    - Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.

    - Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience or fresh graduates.

    - Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word or Excel).

    - Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    - Able to multi-task and to work on own initiative

    - Strategic thinker with a positive attitude, proactive and able to work under pressure in afast-paced environment

    - Mandarin Speaking preferable.

  • Education Level : Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Position Level : Entry Level

Job Responsibilities

•Prepare invoice, purchase order, and quotation accordingly

•Tracking invoice from system.

•Assist in general office administrative support activities

•To assist in sales department on issuing Quotation and Sales Order for the new projects

•Responsible for full scope of general administration of functions of the company

•Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time

•Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.

•Undertake the tasks of receiving/outgoing calls, take message, routing correspondence , handle customer enquiry and provide information
