Experience Requirements

  • Job Skills :


    • SPM / Diploma / Degree or any relevant certificate in any field

    • Minimum 1 year experience in the area of telemarketing / telesales (call center is advantageous)

    • Prefer applicant who have experience in sales, marketing & Insurance background

    • Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize product to customer needs

    • Candidate must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills

    • Possess positive working attitude and able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment

    • Must be independent, pro-active and self-driven

    • Required language(s): BM & English ; Mandarin will be added advantage

    • Full-Time position(s) available.

    • Willing to work at Tropicana / PJ

  • Education Level : Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
  • Position Level : Non Executive

Job Responsibilities


• Contact existing and potential customers by telephone and email

• In charge outbound cold calling, lead generation, data refine and appointment setting

• Provide an overview and upsell the products and services

• Maintain and develop good relationship with existing and potential customers

• Contribute and achieve the department group target set by the organization

• Handle sales, products & services enquiries
