Candidates must possess at least Diploma or degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin as the role required candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customers/suppliers.
Able to use Microsoft
Office at an advance level.
Good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently
with minimum supervision.
Preferably with a minimum
of 1 year working experience in the related field.
Candidates who can start
work immediately are firstly considered.
Fresh graduates who are
passionate will be considered.
Working
in-house based.
Provide
support to sales team and customers, maintaining good customer relationships by
acting as an extension of the field sales force.
Require
liaising with customer include send quotation and update delivery status to ensure
that orders from customers are met timely and accurately. Inform customers of
any delays and arrange alternative delivery dates.
Coordinate
with suppliers in term of sending PO, shipping status, and delivery date.
Input orders
to company’s computer system and ensure that orders are processed in line with
customer’s delivery requirements.
Monitor and
updating PO status to management team, chair Order Fulfillment Meeting.
Work with
logistic for all shipment related activities and closure for Sales Order.
Establish
active communication and engagement with related department to ensure that
orders are processed promptly.
Contribute to overall customer
satisfaction by promptly replying emails and answering customer’s phone call.
