Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Engineer (Vision/Software/Field Service)
  • Job Skills :

    Vision Engineer

    Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/ IT /any Engineering/ Related field.

    Software programming skill: C# / .Net / WPF.

    Knowledges of image processing, graphic programming are added advantage.

    Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.


    Software Engineer

    -Degree or Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Related field.

    -Software programming skills: C#, JavaScript and MSSQL Database.

    -WPF or Angular knowledge will be an added advantage.

    -Work with user on machine requirement, analyze assess project feasibility.

    -Task in designing, coding and modifying application, starting from layout to function.

    -Possess own transport.


    •         Field Service Engineer
    •       -Degree or Diploma in any engineering fields.
    •       -Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    •       -Able to travel frequently (local & overseas).
    •       -Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Vision Engineer

-Design and develop machine vision system based on project requirements with software programming language by utilizing image processing library.

-Understand project requirement, perform feasibility studies, and able to propose machine vision solution to customer.

-Perform image evaluation on customer’s samples to determine and propose the hardware (optic, camera, lens, lighting) and software requirement for machine vision system.

-Perform software programming, UI design and software performance optimization on PC based vision platform.

-Responsible for installation and support on programming and fine-tuning vision inspection systems at factory and customer site.

-Travelling to set-up & buy-off machine is necessary.

-Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time. 


Software Engineer

-Design and develop PC programming and Human-Machine Interface for automation machines/ equipment.

-Involve in machine application integration and programming test run.

-Implement customer requirements into the software development and hardware qualifications.

-Evaluate and troubleshoot interface between hardware and software operation, functionally and performance of the system.

-Provide software support and solution upon customer modification request.

-Responsible for Electrical Documentation, Electrical Circuit & Schematic Drawings, Electrical Panel Designs, input/output list, Alarm list, Interlock list & Control Sequence documentations.

-Create Operation Manual on Machine Operation Guide and HMI Operation documentation.


Field Service Engineer

-Spend time on client’s site addressing and resolving a variety of issues.

-Work in the field instead of typical office based.

-Conduct research and studies on site.

-Maintain the equipment and infrastructure of the site.

-Responsible for installation and support on programming and fine-tuning vision inspection -systems at factory and customer site.

-Resolving onsite malfunctions or another crisis when they arise.

-Routine safety testing of machinery and provide documentation to appropriate authorities.
