Experience Requirements

  • Position Title : Digital Content Creator
  • Job Skills :


    • Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
    • Candidate must have good knowledge in eCommerce market, logistics industry and social media literate.
    • Highly sensitive and adaptive towards the latest social media / digital / user trends in the market.
    • Experience in content development, social media marketing, digital marketing etc.
    • Basic knowledge in creating digital graphic materials (video, GIF, memes, banner etc) via any tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, AR Spark etc) would be a plus.
    • Creative thinker.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Willing to learn and having a sense of responsibility and team spirit.
    • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia (excellent oral and written communication skills)
    • Preferred language(s): Mandarin
    • Candidate must be willing to work in Penang
  • Education Level : Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
  • Position Level : Junior Executive

Job Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Create engaging & creative content for social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube etc.) to maintain our digital presence and brand awareness.
  • Highly sensitive and adaptive towards the latest social media / digital trends in the market for marketing strategies planning, content creation as well as drive positive engagement with followers.
  • Conduct research / explore new ways from time to time to formulate creative ideas or contents for marketing campaign / goals.
  • Work closely with the team in creating promotional / marketing / ads / graphic materials, including blogs, marketing content, video or multimedia elements etc.
  • Analyze, monitor and measure social media performance, marketing activity effectiveness and the competitive landscape etc, offering recommendation for future planning.
  • Any related duties as and when assigned from time to time.
